First Coast Beaches

From north to south, the northeast Florida coast includes secluded beaches as well as boardwalks.  Amelia Island and Fernadino Beach start the Florida east coast with more remote locations, but all the fun and sun associated with our beach life.  Neighborhoods on the northern beaches just east of downtown Jacksonville include Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach, and their town center with the premier hotel for guests at Ocean 1, beside the more eclectic Seahorse Oceanfront Inn.

Walking or biking the beach or the restricted vehicle access 1st Street southward takes you to Jacksonville Beach, or Jax Beach, which commands the central part of the beaches with its entertainment center and fishing (surfing) pier.  Life slides southward to Ponte Vedra Beach, where luxury meets the ocean and homes there provide all the amenities, including the Ponte Vedra Club, and also for the golfer, TPC Sawgrass... Heading farther south you pass through the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve, with its multiple parks for hiking, pick-nicking and other outdoor opportunities, before arriving at the modern beach homes in Vilano Beach, just minutes above St Augustine and its beaches.

Living at the beaches is what you want it to be, as charming or upscale as you choose, and of course, a lifestyle that places you in the middle of the a great outdoors with all the area has to offer.  Please see the rest of our LifeStyle pages, then call us to start your new relationship with the beaches.  Whether you are moving within the area, or coming to the area, we are here to make your transition a great success!
